Summer has suddenly arrived in Cornwall, after what seems like the longest and darkest of Winters, and I have been enjoying packing up my painting bag and working outside.

Augusts drawing meet at St Ewe church - this time Augusts drawing meet at St Ewe church - this time a shaded outside study of the spire with charcoal and pastel for me, whilst others enjoyed the cool of the building. Open to all, we meet on the first Wednesday of the month at 11am for a couple of hours, just turn up and bring a sketchbook or whatever kit you fancy, there is no charge but your welcome to put some pennies in the church pot, all abilities and ages are welcome to come and enjoy the quiet of this beautiful building whilst having a draw.
